REGISTRATION FOR LINKED ASSOCIATE MEMBERS<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Please follow these steps\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Linked associate Members include parents and parents in law of primary members.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The applicant needs to have the sss id of primary member and a digital copy of primary<\/span> member’s Id proof, in Jpg or pdf format.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to url ssamiti.org\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click on Join us .\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Click on apply button for Linked associate members.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Once you fill the primary member’s sss id , other personal particulars of the primary member will be displayed. Ensure that the particulars displayed are correct.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. All details to be filled other than sss id will be of the applicant .\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    2. All fields have to be filled.\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n
    3. Mobile number and alternate mobile numbers should be of 10 digits.<\/b><\/li>\n
    4. Email id will be verified through OTP.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Upload proof of id of primary member and proof of relation with primary member. <\/span><\/li>\n
    6. \u00a0Preview, and submit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Step 2.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      Your primary memb<\/span>er will receive an intimation of your application.<\/p>\n

      Step 3\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Primary member logs in his account to view your application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      He can recommend or reject.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Primary member to login and \ufffcClick Submit on this screen to sponsor an applicant\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      \ufffc\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Step 4\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      The web admin \/ secretary approves the application, the applicant will receive a welcome letter from the president and login credentials. He will be allotted a sss id with prefix L\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Step 5\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      Thereafter, the linked associate member can pay admission fee and policy premium as other existing members.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Note\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      1. A linked associate member cannot buy a policy unless the primary member<\/b> sponsoring him buys one.<\/b><\/b><\/li>\n
      2. Off web site payment can also be done through NEFT transactions. The bank<\/b> details are as under<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
