Cmde Atul Raut, an engineering graduate from prestigious VJTI Mumbai, was commissioned in Indian Navy on 31 Mar 91 in the Engineering branch. He has over three decades of experience in diverse fields such as operations and maintenance, Marine special projects , Quality assurance, Life cycle Management, Materials Management and a training administration. His naval service has instilled in him the values of discipline, integrity, and decisive action, which he would apply to drive his goals, leveraging technology and creative solutions.
