Col Rajan Talwar from EME retired in Nov 2014. He belongs to Jalandhar, Punjab and is now settled in Secunderabad as a resident of Patel Green Front, Yapral, Secunderabad. Computer qualified and good knowledge of finances. He is presently performing the duties of Secretary of EME Veterans at Hyd since 2 yrs and also as Secy of my own RWA society. Has worked as Secy admin in Secbad club for 4.5 yrs and resigned in Aug 23. Has two daughters who are married and settled.
